Hi

Might it be this Olavus born jan 14, 1845 and baptized feb 9, 1845 in Nannestad?
His parents are Ole Larsen and Dorthea Ingebrichtsdatter and their farm is Aamundrud (or Aamendrud - not sure).

Theresa -
What have you already checked for any more information about members of the family?

1865 census? Other church records?

Hi

The last child I find born to them is Thea Nicoline. She was born March 2, 1864 and baptized April 10, 1864.

This is not long before the 1865 census held Des. 1865, but I'm not able to find them in this census.
Do you know when they left Norway?

Hi

The family burried 3 children Oct 11, 1864; Berte 4 1/2 years, Lars 24 years and Johanne 8 years.
No 80-82:

They did not die the same day. As I read it Berte died Sept 29, Lars Sept 30 and Johanne Oct 9. Better readers than me might read what they died from.

It would appear that Ole and Anne Dortea and four children left in 1869.

Perhaps this is their arrival in America. Passengers are Ole and wife and four children. All of the names and ages do not fit however. Wife's name is difficult to read and age is given as 53. Children are named Herman age 21, Marie age 23 ?, Andri ? age 23 ? and Thea age 5.
