Is there a mother's name in this record somewhere :
http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:kb_read?idx_kildeid=9283&idx_id=9283&uid=ny&idx_side=-157
third down on the left
If not I am looking for a marriage record for the father.
I would like to know what this entire birth record says for any information that will help lead to the mother

I assume you are looking for Eriks mother, his father was Erik Johansen.
He was still a married man in 1801, wife Kirsti Thomasdatter
1801.

They were married Oct 26 1761, see 3rd record.

It correspond with this familytree exept for Thomas wife recorded as Rannej Iversdatter in the 1801 census, probably a wrongspelling for Anne Johnsdatter, see here

Thomas was "Gevorben ungkarl" Enlisted soldier and bachelor when he married Anne Johnsdatter Oct. 30. 1791, right page 5. marriage from top here
