On the S/S Virginian's manifest of June, 1905 landing at Quebec the column heading is "Whether having a ticket to such final destination". The entry on my Grandfather's line (and others) appears to be G.T. or lg.T. Can anyone shed light on the abbreviations used in this column and what they mean?
