Berthe Marie Amundsdr
Norway Burials, 1666-1927
birth: 1803
death: 23 Nov 1875 Akershus,#8203; Norway
burial: 30 Nov 1875
name: Berthe Marie Amundsdr
gender: Female
burial date: 30 Nov 1875
death date: 23 Nov 1875
death place: Akershus, Norway
age: 72
birth date: 1803
indexing project (batch) number: B42803-2
system origin: Norway-EASy
source film number: 1282508

I found this record on family search but can not locate it in the archives. I have been through all the parishes in Akershus. I suppose I might have missed it but since there is a date I thought I would be able to find it. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Kåre has already found your ultimate answer.

Just for any who are unaware, the film number given in the citation can be searched at familysearch.org. Here are the items under that film number:

Hi everyone - thank you for all that information!

I did not know you could put the film # in and get that information. Where in family search can you put that in to search? I just tried putting in the batch # but that just brought me the same info?

what a time saver if I can figure it out :)

thanks

David

The quickest way I know to do this (there may be other ways!) is when on the opening page at www.familysearch.org, scroll down to it & click on the box on the right hand side that says "Go to Previous". When that loads on the toolbar near top of screen, click on Library and then pick Library Catalog from the drop down. When the catalog page loads you you have several search options, for this one when you have the film number and have copied it, paste it in. Away you go!
