Source information: Oslo county, Aker, Parish register copy nr. 4 (1819-1829), Marriage records 1825, page 476-477.
Permanent pagelink: http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:kb_read?idx_kildeid=7693&idx_id=7693&uid=ny&idx_side=-244

line 22 marriage for Petter Andersen Thue - I can not locate him prior to this record.

Can anyone find him in the 1801 census when he should be about 2. Trying to find the Thue connection into my tree. Bertha Marie married again in 1834 so he must have died prior to that.

Thank you.

David

The declaration for egagement for Petter Andersen Thue and Berthe Marie Ingebrektsdatter is next to the last one on left page.
Petter had showed attestation from Edsberg, dated Oct 26 1822 - most likely related to confirmation.
Eidsberg in Østfold is a nabouring parish to Rakkestad where a farm Thue excists.

The protocols are no longer available in Digitalarkivet.

line 110 is one of their children. Is there a clue in the witnesses that might give us some of his siblings or parents so we can figure out who they are the census?

#53 is another child of Peter Andersen and Bertha Marie. It looks like they did not use Thue at all for this record. Is there any other clue in this? I lose track of Peter and Bertha after this record until Bertha marries in 1834.

When Peter Emil was baptized, Nov 1 1830, the father tailor Petter Andersen was dead.

Hans Erlandsen, Guttu, Amalies husband, was a tailor as his father-in-law.

Well that narrows down when Peter could have died! And since he was a tailor he should have died near home I would think? Thanks for the translation and help!

thank you so much for looking. Is that unusual to have a death not recorded? Out of curiousity if he had been travelling would they record the death where he was at the time?
