A candidate for your gr grandfather could be Olavus born March 16 1836 in Skoger (a sub-parish to Strømsø which is part of Drammen), his baptismal record is #15.
He was born out of wedlock, the father being Lars Olsen who worked for ships captain Christian Blom on Strømsø and the mother was Maren Kirstine Nielsdatter, Dansrud.

Olavus was confirmated in Oct 1851, see #6.

One widow Maren Kirstine Nilsdatter in 1865 - too young to be Olivers mother, unless the age given are wrong.
