For those of us NOT subscribers to Ancestry.com -- the passenger manifest for that arrival is also available through the free website for the Ellis Island database. My reading of the original handwritten manifest would be that Karoline Evensen Gullord arrived unmarried, 38 years old from Biri and headed to Barron Wisc.
PS. I tried the slektshistorielaget.net website again - this time using the browser Firefox with Java enabled. It did not work. This was again on a computer running Windows XP.

An Even Pedersen sold to Ole Tostensen 1829, but your Even Pedersen was only 11 in -29, seems like he had a namesake. Øvre Gullord changed owners or was split or changed several times in 1849. Ole Tostensen to Børre Amundsen to Andreas Amundsen but #8 Deed "Skjøte" on March 21. 1850 Andreas Amundsen sold to Even Pedersen #13 From March 14. to December 4. 1874 Even Pedersen sold Øvre Gullord to Haagen Rasmussen and same date, Dec 4 #16 Even Pedersen secured his wife Ingeborg Svendsdatter "Føderrad" free supplies on Øvre Gullord as long as she lived.
Later Øvre Gullord was sold again and in 1900 Ole B. Sten owned the farm, Ingeborg Svendsdatter recieved Føderaad and her children Sigvart, Johan and Karoline worked on the farm.
Last registration on Øvre Gullord was 1943 where the Sten family still owned the farm.
Widow Ingeborg Svendsdatter born on Sakseberg 1836 with legal right on "Føderaad" died on Øvre Gullord July 28. 1907.
Even Pedersen Gullord owned or owned parts in Sletten called Gullorsletten in 1855 and bought the whole farm on auction 1877. July 20. 1892, Probate after Even Pedersen where his wife Ingebjørg Svendsdatter takes over Gullordsletten. 1910, from Ingebjørg Svendsdatters heirs to rightful heir Sigvald for 3250 Kroner (Sigvald Evenesen b. 1867 mentioned on page 1) 1945 the farm was expropiated link
Even Gullord also owned a shieling for summer pasture called Lorta 1864 when he sold to Peder Larsen.
CASTLE GARDEN, NEW YORK - Castle Garden served as a reception hall and temporary home of nine million immigrants from it was opened on Aug 1, 1855 to it was closed down on April 18, 1890.
