I really appreciate the direction but I cannot for the life of me read this handwriting!

The category in the churchbook is Udflyttede (for notes about people who have left the parish).

I believe the handwriting for entry #9 says this, and hope someone will correct me if not:

9. do, Ole Iverson Skogen, 24 ars, do

9. ditto (and above the ditto is 3 of April), Ole Iverson Skogen, 24 years old, ditto (and above the ditto is the word Amerika)

So on 3 of April 1854 is a note made that the 24-year-old Ole Iverson Skogen has left the parish to emigrate to America.
