I think it could be this one: Johan Edv. Ols. Rørvik, born 1887, from Vigten, destination St. Johns N. B. Emigrating from Trondheim on 06 Feb 1907.

Census-1900

Parents are Ole Henrik Johansen b. 1851 & Mine Jonetta Sofie Johansen b. 1861
Johan Edvind (Olsen) Johansen Rørvik = Jack Weeck ?? :)

Hmmm... Johan Edvin is born 27 Feb 1887...

But 2 lines below him is the christening record of one Jakob Ottar... he is born 14 May 1887!
Parents are Kristian Jacobsen & Lotte Berntsdatter... Census-1900
Jacob Ottar Kristiansen emigrated from Trondheim on 20 Jun 1906.
Seems like Jacob Ottar Kristiansen from the farm Laukvikstrand in Nærøy, Nord-Trøndelag is Jack O Weeck...

Probably the arrival of Jacob Kristiansen into America. Last place of residence is listed as Aamdalen. Destination is listed as Unreadable Place in Idaho. Also lists going to join brother Mick P Aune, Hatton, Dakota. Likely is Hatton, North Dakota.

Boston Passenger and Crew Lists, 1820-1943
Name: Jacob Kristiansen
Arrival Date: 5 Jul 1906
Age: 19
Estimated Birth Year: abt 1887
Gender: Male
Ethnic Background: Norwegian
Port of Departure: Liverpool, England
Ship Name: Ivernia
Port of Arrival: Boston, Massachusetts
Friend's Name: Mick P Aune
Last Residence: Norway

Looking at the original manifest more closely, I think the city is

Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
