The church for that address in 1885 should be Jacobs parish in Oslo city. That church was separated from the Cathedral (Vor Frelser) parish in 1875.

Depending on what event you are hoping to track - that's at least a place to start.

This is the only Olga Vilhelmine that I have been able to find.

Have gone through the various Oslo parish records for 3 years on either side of 1876.

The 1885 census shows a possible sister Selma just above Olga. This could be sister Selma Pettersen getting married in Boston, MA in 1905.

Link to chr. record for Olga Wilhelmine Pettersen.

From a previous post:

A photo was found recently, taken in Christiania, on which Hjordis transcribed the names of her 3 half sisters named Olga, Therese and Mathilda (likely listed from youngest to oldest).

I have not been able to locate the other girls under the last name of Pettersen or Pettersdatter in either Eidsvoll, Akershus, Drammen, Buskerud, or Oslo.

Yes for the faddernes (witnesses or godparents) there are Simon Mortenson (or Martinson), carpenter, and his wife Jorgine;
Hjalmar Olsen, unmarried girl Theresse Pettersen, Jakob Vilhelmson Byhuset (?)

The half-sister Olga is listed as being born about 1876 so unlikely to be Julie's child but more likely to be the child of Julie's Petterson husband, unless Olga's birthyear is different.

The above reference for Olga lists different parents, Peer Johan Petersen and Stina Marie Larsen, neither name of which I have been able to connect to Julia or Hjordis. However, Hjordis did have the name Pettersen attributed to her at one point - for reasons unknown.

Here are the burial records on Olga at the Gravesefeten in Oslo:
Gravnr: 08.027.06.012 Østre Aker kirkegård
Olga Skogsfjord
02.04.1877 - Ukjent
Gravlagt: 16.06.1950
Henrik Andreas Skogsfjord
13.09.1870 - Ukjent
Gravlagt: 21.08.1950
Solveig Hjørdis Skogsfjord
02.07.1909 - 04.10.1993

If all goes well this should be a link to the picture of these 3 above's headstone:

Here they are in the 1900 Norwegian census. Olga's middle name rendered as "Contanse" and wasn't your Olga Petterson still listed with Julia & Hjordis in the 1900 census as a single person?:
