I am seeking a hard copy or digital copy of an article from the URD magazine, no.47 & 48, 20 Nov. 1943. This article is about my Great,Great Grandparents, Sir John Rice Crowe and his wife Malene Marie (Waad) Crowe. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a Nov 1943 issue for sale on Papers Please for $22. Don't know if it the right one -
