Seeking parental information of the above pair. Kristian 1795-1864 and Gjartru Olsdtr(1798-1890). Kristian was from Bruk u Svenkerud and Gjartru from Norde Husted, Hem They farmed Søre Skale/Gjartru Skale Gnr 1 Bnr 40 Thank You

Gjartru's parents are Ole Halvorson (1745-1815) and Margit Eivindsdtr Grøndale b. 1753.

On Rootsweb is said that his parents were Tyge Jonsen and Ollaug Amundsdtr.
Actually this was Tyge's 2nd marriage, their correct names are Tyge Sørensen and Oloug Amundsdatter. See marriage record 2nd on left page.
Tyge Sørensen came from Dokken when they married.
Baptismal records for Christian's siblings may confirm this.

Giertrud was baptized June 3 1798, #116. Parents Ole and Margit Lien.
Family in 1801.
