This couple is in Gol IV pg 230-231 under Tykjehuse / Tykjestugu. Tykje Endreson Kultom (under Brøto) was born 1821 d 1908. Kjerstine Olsdtr Laggarbråten b 1823-d 1891. Not sure what your meaning is regards "Kirstine Ole Wilhelmsen". Their daughter Kjerstine b 1860 d. 1899, was unmarried and had a daughter named Margrete b 1882 d 1967 whose father was Ole Torson Turkop. Margrete married 1908 in v. Bærum Trygve Nilsen of v. Bærum, Margrete had 2 children.

Kjerstine Olsdtr 1823-1891 is the daughter of Ole Vilhelmson 1777-1832 and his 2nd wife Ingebjørg Persdtr øvre Uthallen 1793-1862

Kultom is in Gol III pg 583, Laggarbråten is in Gol IV pg 235

Are you running duplicative inquiries?
http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.scan-balt.norway.general/9726/mb.ashx

You might find persons who have volunteered to lookup in books they own -
http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~wgnorway/lookups.html
http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~norway/lookups.html

You could also look for a copy of that book which might be available to borrow -

Gol III pg 75 søre Skale / Gjartru Skale says about Kristian Tykjeson that he came from a farm under Svenkerud b 1795-d 1864 and for more information see under Kultom. The information under Kultom mentioned has already been posted previously. Svenkerud is a farm in Nes and I don't believe it has been covered in the Nes bygdebøk yet.

Kristian Skale and wife Gjartru Olsdtr had 5 children listed:
1. Olaug b 1819 d 1819
2. Olaug b 1820 d 1906 m 1853 to Ola Arneson nørdre Ulo Uleguthaugen
3. Ola b. 1823 died little
4. Tykje b. 1824 d 1909 moved to US 1848 m 1853 Ingeborg Larsdtr from Nes (truly from Lien, 1826-1912) farmed in Paint Creek Allamakee county, Iowa 6 children
5. Ola b 1827 d. 1909 m 1849 Anne Olsdtr Vidden from Joleimshaugen in Hemsedal b. 1823-d 1902 9 children.

Re Gjartru it says she was widowed was fattig and to see Gol I, pg 397 for other information on her or her grandchildren.

Thanks You have just sorted out why I was getting so confused. Endre's son Tykje's daughter(Kari) married Kristian's(his brother) daughter(Ollaug) son Arne. Would they have needed a dispensation?

You are saying that #5 Kari b 1857 married the son of her father's first cousin [#2] Ollaug [ b 1821]? I'm not sure this is close enough to require the king's concern & permission. But it would be a mind-bender anyway.
