Looking for ship and passenger list with my great great grandparents Tosten Nelson, wife Bertha, son Nels, from Ringsaker, arrived in Port Huron, Michigan, USA in 1871. Nels born 1853 or 1854.
I have copy of application for citizenship which says ship landed at Port Huron in April 1871.
May have been other children on board: Matthes, Erek, John.
Also would like information about Tosten and Bertha's ancestors in Ringsaker.
Thanks very much.

leaving from Kristiana to Hull England. They probably sailed on the S/S Nova Scotian from Liverpool to Quebec and then entered the US through Port Huron. http://www.norwayheritage.com/t_corresp.asp?id=660
