Sofia was from Vallem in Aardal (Ċrdal), todays Hjelmeland parish, Rogaland county and bapt. Sophi Thoresdatter and em. as Soffi age 9.
Parents; "Gaardmand" Farmer Thore Danielsen Wallem and Soffi Pedersdatter, right page #11

Em. record tells the parents were rec. leaving Aardal Mai. 12. 1850 with 9 children, 8 of them were; Anders, Britha, Peder, Anne, Malene, Soffi, Eli and Thore.

Wallem is spelled Valheim today.
Enter this map
Write "nedre valheim", click on "SĜK" and choose nr A "Ĝystein Valheim" owner of Nedre Valheim today.

Good luck.

View of the fields on Nedre Valheim where remains after two houses, 80 tombs and 250 piles of stone from the Iron age are found, Link

It looks like the link above is the same as the frontapage to Directorate for Cultural Heritage, quite a detour.

Upper right corner is searchable, "ask" for nedre valheim and enter 1. or 2. link.
