Niels Gundersen became owner of Heivanne 1854.

Public announcement "Tingbok) of the existence of a written contract on Heivanne, here spelled Heivand.

The first owner of Heivand was Knud Gundersen (Niels brother?)

1- Deed (property); From Knud Gundersen to Niels Gundersen dated and public announced 6. September 1854.
2- Auction deed (property) to Bamble welfare agency for 305 Kroner dated 19. December 1881, public announced 7. August 1882
3- Deed property Bamble Welfare agency to Ole Halvorsen for 500 Kroner dated 18. July 1882
4-----------------------
5- "Hjemmelsbrev" deed property/other rights on the farm, probate in Ole Petter Halvorsen Meikjĉr and wifes joint ownership to Isak Heivand for 1950 Kroner 3 September 1932 link

Niels Gundersen was an "uĉgte" child (born out of wedlock) birth April 22, baptism April 29 1804, last record in 4th column.

His mother was Marthe Syvertsdatter, Thorsdal and his father was Gunder Nielsen. (A soldier in the Sĝndenfjeldske Infanteri Regiment).

Gunder Nielsen in 1801.

Marthe Syvertsdatter in 1801.

Gunder Nielsen and Marthe Syvertsdatter were married Dec 27 1804, 2nd couple in 2nd column.

They had a daughter, Ingeborg Maria, Aug 28 1807.

Isaks sister Anne K. (Karine) Nielsdatter b. Mai 3. 1863 married Ole Johannesen from Wermeland in Sweden August 23. 1886.

Anne as widow and "Innsidder" Lodger on farm Soli 1900 with to daughters and a son.

Simen Nielsen housefather, daylaborer and widower b. 1851 who lived on the farm is so fare unknown.

Anne and Niels is my great-great-great parents, their daughter Andrea is my great grand mother :) her son Oluf is my great grandfather :)
