Brother of my Grand Mother emigrated in 1884, travelling from Bergen together with his uncle Lars J Bauge (Lewis Boyd) who had visited Norway. I have track of their journey all the way to the arrival at Ellis Island. In 1900 there is a Ole Larsen in Stuntz, Saint Louis, Minnesota. In 1910 there is a Ole Boyd registered in Aurora Ward 7, Kane, Illinois married to Liddie Boyd. Anybody who can give any feedback to my searc, will be highly appreciated |

There are 19 Ole Larson or Larsen's arriving in 1884 in the 1900 US Census. Can you provide a birth date and year.

Searching the various information available on Ancestry.com would indicate that this person is the best match for your relative. |

So ... Ole Nicolai Larson Rĝo is the brother of your grandmother and was traveling in 1884 with his uncle Lars J Bauge and you'd like to locate him in America? Will you please post that immigration record? Ellis Island was not yet open in 1884. The next step is for you to post his day-month-year of birth, his birth place, and his parents' names. These will identify him in the USA on marriage, military, citizenship, and death records. Many times immigrants stayed near family members so you could also briefly share what you know of the family generally (your grandmother's name and dob and husband and location and other siblings, names and dob and locations in North America).
Back in an edit to say I think Anton is onto something - the emigration year you noted may be a typo for 1894? And seemingly "your" Ole Nicolai Larsen Rĝe is born about 1875 in Skċnevik, Hordaland.

This Ole does use L as his middle name, I suppose that it could stand for Larsen.

This emigration record would show that Ole and Lars were going to South Dakota when they left Norway.

This is probably the Edith listed in the 1910 US Census for Ole Boyd. She lists her arrival into the US as 1915 so maybe she went back and forth to Norway?
U.S., Naturalization Records - Original Documents, 1795-1972 (World Archives Project) Name: Torbjorg Elizabeth Bauge [Torbjorg Edith Boyd] Age: 49 Birth Date: 27 Dec 1885 Birth Location: Norway Arrival Year: 1915 Issue Date: 14 Jan 1935 State: California Locality, Court: Southern District, Central Division, Los Angeles, California, District Court Record Type: Petition for Naturalization |

Jakob Olsen, Indre Bauge (1818-1893) Gurid Larsdotter, Sekse or Rogdo (1822-1900) parents of Lars (Louis) Jacobsen Boyd - family tree here: http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~petersonhetland/GEDMill/indiI97.html
The Ole Boyd in Aurora with wife Liddie seems to be buried as Ole N. Boyd (1875-1952) - presumably for Ole Nicolai: http://www.auroracemeteries.com/BBB/boyd.htm
Tree says Lars (Louis) Jacobsen Boyd was born 05 Aug 1852 and died 14 Sep 1919 in Hetland, South Dakota.
A lovely narrative about Lars's life: http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~petersonhetland/GEDMill/indiI95.html
The family tree creator identifies Lars as being in Kendall County, Illinois, in 1880:
1880 Lisbon, Kendall, Illinois Ever Olson 48 Anna T. Olson 52 Hansal Olson 19 John Olson 16 Susan Olson 16 Susen Olson 12 Evert Olson 9 Louis J. Boyd 30, single, farmer, b abt 1850 in Norway
...and buried here, Find a Grave memorial for Lewis Jacobsen "Lars" Boyd (1852-1919) in Hetland, Kingsbury, South Dakota: http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GSln=Boyd&GSfn=Lewis&GSbyrel=all&GSdyrel=all&GSst=44&GScntry=4&GSob=n&GRid=61212115&df=all& |
