per Kċre emigration finding, corresponding immigration info:
Ellis Island website lists passenger manifests you may have seen showing Albert L Kulvik immigration 1907 (arrive New York on the SS Carmania) and Axel L Kulvik immigration 1923 (arrive New York on the Stavangerfjord). Albert's passage paid by a friend and he traveled to join friend Peder Bjornsen (?) in Elk Point, South Dakota. Axel's passage paid by brother and he traveled to join brother Axel L Kulvik in Akron, Iowa. They list their father as nearest relative in Norway (for Albert, Father Haldor Larsen, Selbo) (for Axel, Father: Haldo Larsen. Kulvik. Selbu).
