Don't know if this is Hilda Howi or not but there were no Howi people in the ND Death Index online only this entry:

Here is Hilda Hovi (wife of Einar) identified at findagrave maiden name "Smestad" birthdate as 29 Aug 1888:

Well Jackie, good job. I think you have eliminated Hilda Smedstad Hovi as a candidate. Here is Hilda Smedstad arrival in 1916.

Thank you for all the help. There is a lot of super information from you. I am not sure about Hilda, some said she lived in Minnesota. She returned to Norway many times I have been told. In the 60's the last time.
