Ciselia/Seselia Zacchariasdttr married Karl Henrik Pedersen on20th August 1882 in Tromso. Their children were Carl Sigfrid born 1882; Birger born 1884; Anna Nicoline born 1886; Henry Johannes born 1888; Arthur Nikolai born 1890; Ane Fredrikke born 1892; Maria Olava born 1895 and Sunniva born 1899.
Henry Johannes married Anna Malfrid Lilleeng (Pedersdtr) on 25/9/1915. Their children were Agnes Cecile born 1916 died 1987; Gerd born 1919 died 2007 (and maybe Inger born 1926 died 2000?)
Agnes married Erling Olav Klungseth. Gerd married Finn Wiggen - I believe their children are Kari (1942); Dag (1943); Jan (1947) and Anne (1951).
I would like to contact any living relatives as I will be visiting Tromso in March.
Can anyone help me to contact them?
Many thanks

Dag is on Facebook.

Maybe the one contact found by jwiborg is enough. Otherwise, if searching further, it may be worth noting that two of the brothers went to the USA and might not have descendants in Norway, is that right? And two of the siblings you name may have died young with no descendants - Anna Nicoline born 1886 and Arthur Nikolai born 1890. So maybe it's the four youngest who could have descendants living in Norway.

Hi, reason I checked in about how you are related to this group is that the connection goes back to the early 1800s. To fellow descendants of Cecelie's parents, it may seem a bit of a stretch to meet with you given that it's such a distant relationship. Wondering what other people think about it. We have one first cousin who has slipped past us - we'd not met for various reasons. She was gracious to get together with my sister, who was traveling, earlier this winter - but that's a first cousin, my father's niece. Of course it never hurts to try. Did you also want to seek descendants in USA?

WOW! Thanks for that information. I'd be willing to meet any relatives, even if they are distant and even if they live in the USA. Part of my interest in family history is the importance of the social side. How people lived, why they lived where they did, how they got there, why they emigrated etc.,
Thanks for your help.
