Okay here are some off-the-wall possibles from the 1860 census found using HeritageQuest:

Trina Saverson
age 17 working as domestic in the household of Hayward Hall in Burke, Dane county, Wisconsin

De Tere Simson
age 18 servant living in an unnamed hotel in Milwaukee, Milwaukee county, Wisconsin

Julia Petterson
age 20 domestic employed by the mayor of Nebraska City, Nebraska William E. Bardue (? not sure of the spelling)
