Are these names norwegian, if so, where do they come from, anyone know?

The names might very well be norwegian. At least scandinavian. Greenlund could be Grønlund (Grøn=Green). And Joakim (Joachim) is used as a boy's name in Norway. But I would also consider Denmark and maybe also Sweden if this is all you've got to start with.

These are the four Grønlund farms I've found in Norway:
Property no farm name parish kommune fylke
84 Grønlund Vestby Vestby Akershus
53 Grønlund Askim Askim Østfold
67 Grønlund Hobøl Hobøl Østfold
96 Grønlund Hovin Spydeberg Østfold

But you will probably find some Grønlund farms in Denmark too (And maybe even in Sweden).
