Your grandfather's family lived in Skien, Telemark. His siblings were born in Skien, according to the census, so the birth records are in the Skien churchbook. According to the census, Trygve's siblings are:

Elise Goberg born 19 March 1885
Ingolf/Ingvald Goberg born 28 Aug 1887
Stribolt Goberg born 01 Jan 1890
Martinius Goberg born 15 Aug 1891
Minda Goberg born 04 Mar 1895
Erling Goberg born 27 Sep 1900

Norwegian church book records are available at Digitalarkivet. Link

It's a pretty easy site to use. Below is a link to birth records in Skien from 1921-1927. Click on 1921 to see the first church book page and keep clicking through, page by page, looking for the siblings' names in the parent column:
http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:kb_read?idx_id=4271

The 1910 census is the most recent census searchable online. You have the 1910 for all the sibs, all unmarried at that time, so we can't get a trace on the spouses and kids through the census.

The Goberg gas station in Skien might be owned by a descendant of one of these siblings. Did you try writing (via their website or Facebook page), after that was suggested?

Google turns up some Norwegian "people-search" websites that list Gobergs in Skien: Link

Or try messaging possible relatives through Facebook, based on name and location.
The person on the above link has a Facebook page.

Hi Valeen, just a short comment. His name can be hard to pronunce, and I see that you have spelled it "Trgyve" 3 times. The correct spelling of his name is Trygve.
