when Marie died her husband remarried to Sigrid.

The death protocol you've already listed is a death record. It isn't a probate record. "Dødsfallsprotokoll" records have been discussed in other forum entries.
You possibly can - but I'm of the impression that such would be recorded in one of the Oslo congregations. Dødsfallsprotokoll records were recorded under the auspices of the sheriff of an area and the one you found was in Oslo. That record was a good find - it at least tells you the time period of records you would want to search.
Her probate record gives her address as, it appears to me as, Faugstadgata 27. You might find that address on a map and look for the nearest church at which to begin your search. Others on forum please observe so that my interpretation of the address doesn't lead you astray.
Fougstads gate no 27 was built 1925/26. Hans Pedersen is found in the 1923 census from Olso living in Rathkes gate 3. He is noted as married, but not living with his wife. In the same apartment is a woman also from Furnes, Lisbeth Berg and her family. His sister? I have not found Marie in the 1923 census from Oslo.
I don't know how to make a link to the search-result in the 1923 census, but if you fill in: Rathkes gate 3 on the line following "Gatenavn og evt. -nr" and 13 on the line following Leilighet nr you will see everybody living in appartment no 13. (You'll have to write it exactly as I did above)
Marie left a child behind when she died. Do you know where this child was baptized? Or do you know the name and birth-date of the child? Where did Hans and Sigrid marry?
