Maria Olsdatter, who was married to Kittil Halvorsen, was born At Hellestad. The baptismal record is #4 on right page. She was born Dec 27 1816, and her parents were Ole Hansen and Anna Fredriksdatter, Hellestad.

For Kviteseid see here.
Sagabukten was ("Husmandsplads under Præstegaarden") a cotters place under the vicars farm.

Anders Olsen was baptized in Hoff church on June 3.
Anders parents were Ole Johansen and Dorte Hansdatter at Gudmundsrud. They were Farmers.

Anders married Britta Olofsdotter Akerlund we believe in Sweden approx. 1868 as son Elias was born in 1869 unable to find marriage event
Anders would have been 53. I think he may have been married before
I have been searching passenger lists but unable narrow it down

No birth info about the parents' birthdate in this era 1817. Hellestad is likely to be a farm rather than a parish or some other political or geographic division.

You might find Hellestad using FINN kart a Norwegian mapping site. Enter Hellingstad in the søk box. You will see Hellingstad, Nome which is in Telemark so could be your farm.

http://kart.finn.no/

Switch to Flyfoto for a good look.

Kviteseid rectory, also called Kviteseid farm, next to the church link
Sagabukten, a cotters place under Kviteseid rectory.
Sagabukten means "The saw mill bay" so the farm was located to the shores of Lake Kviteseid in he background.
