Just looking into this thread: I am from a township close to Strandebarm, and I can just tell you that Strandebarm is located in one of the most beautiful areas in Norway.

If you ever go to Strandebarm and Hardanger, I am sure you will like it. It`s close to Bergen as well, so easy to access.
