Is this birth record for twins ? If not what is the extra information prior to Laurentze's name ?

To see how twins are recorded in this place at about the time of your target, see the fourth entry down from the top on the right hand page:
SAT, Ministerialprotokoller, klokkerbøker og fødselsregistre - Møre og Romsdal, 536/L0493: Parish register (official) no. 536A02, 1739-1802, p. 326-327
Quick link: https://media.digitalarkivet.no/en/kb20070903660443

Your Ole Einarsen's sister Guri is on the left hand side of the page linked to above in this post.

The entry in front of the name Laurentza does appear to be a name so perhaps that person baptized Laurentza at home as an entry on the left hand side is mentioned?

Perhaps she had three first names under the blurred ink,
Hare.... .... Lorentze

What parish is this? Møre og Romsdal is a county.

I read: "wed Hardøe af Wessel".
In another record I read: "Udi Hardøe Capell".
Hardøe = Harøy subparish and Wessel is performing the baptism.

Andreas Bredal Wessel (1714–1798) was a vicar/parish priest in Aukra parish (which Harøy is a part of) from 1771-1798.
Andreas was a nephew of the famous Peter Wessel Tordenskiold.
