Looking to verify the following:
Jon Olsson Offerdahl 1/26/1934-7/19/1916 married to
Agatha Johnnsdatter b.1840

Jon’s parents ? Are they:

Ola Johnson Rinde 1793-1835 (Sogne Oppeland)
Sofia Ingebrigtsdotter Sande 1793-

Looking also for parents of Ola and Sofia and any info

Any extra dates or info appreciated, thank you so much for your time.

Ole Johnsen, Rinde and Sophie Ingebrigtsdatter, Sande were married Jan 5 1823, see #2.
Ole was a soldier and widower, 30 years old and his father was John Eriksen.
Sophie was 23 years old and her father was Ingebrigt Larsen.

Ole and Sophie also had the following children:
Randi, June 12 1823, #56,
Iver, Febr 24 1828, #44,
Synneve, Jan 3 1831, #15.

Ole Johnsen was baptized Febr 2 1793, see bottom record left page link.
The parents John Erichsen, Rinde and Synneve Olsdatter, Bergum were married July 2 1792, see left page link.

Sophi Ingebrigtsdatter was baptized March 13 1799, see left page.
Parents were Ingebrigt Larsen and Kristi Olsdatter.
Sophi, her parents and siblings in 1801.

Ingebrigt Larsen and Kristi Olsdatter were married May 12 1787, see 2nd record in 2nd column left page.

Hi, Patty. This is your Offerdahl line cousin in Florida. Aren't these folks on this forum just the most amazing group?!!

I just have to be nosy and ask how these folks you are researching are related to Samson and Synneve Offerdahl, our shared great-grandparents. As in, close enough that I should be taking notes/riding your query coattails?

I check this website pretty much every night, just because the info is so fascinating, even when there's no tight connection.

Stay warm up there! So cold in Florida lately this displaced norwegian is actually knitting again!
