Can anyone help me with passengerlists from Stavanger or Bergen to New York between 1925 - 1928.
I am also searching for a passenger named Ludvig Wilhelm Duveneck.

Have you tried searching on the Digitalarkiet Emigrant Registers
I did look for Ludvig but didn't see anything but he might be there under a different name or variation. You should search on where he was from and you may find him that way.
