In case this is of interest; Peter Andreas seems to have been a witness at the wedding of his sister-in-law (?) in 1865. Note that here, as well as in the 1865 census, he has risen to the level of skibsfører, i.e., captain.

To all who have toiled to work out answers I'm very grateful. For the geni.com part all there is more or less worked out by me, Steinar Lumholtz-Rønne Gulbrandsen. All the questions I had were related to what I didn't know at all about their lives in America. I presume if Albertine was widowed she probably went to meet his brother Peter Nicolai Høyer Rønne and his family to start a new life.

"An interesting possible in 1880 in Hennepin county, Minnesota:

The interesting person here is Thurwell Ronne. Allbertina had a nephew in America Thorwald Engstad Rønne 1869-1957. Thurwell and Thorwald resemble so I presume the Turwell here could be nephew Thorwald. I really apreciate all help here and thanks to all of you! I had the answers I wanted.
