I am searching for the name of the ships that my great grandfather had. His name was Nils Jorgen Larsen, he was born in 1865 in Norway. The story is he lost all 3 ships and the cargo he inherited from his father in the late 1800's.
Using the Ancestry.com data base "All New York, Passenger and Crew Lists (including Castle Garden and Ellis Island), 1820-1957 Results", I find about 131 records (Probably crew Members) arriving into New York around 1918 arriving on the Borgland.
No Nils Jorgen Larsen in the list of 131 (Probably crew of the ship) . Here is some xampoles
