Yes both the record for Peter Andreas and Anne Petrine give the farm names. Remember farm names can have various spelling.

The name of the father Peter Andreas is listed as John Jeremiassen Rytsvatsbugt. The last is of course the farm name.

The name of the father of Anne Petrina is listed as Nils Nils. Unkervatnet

Spend some time looking at the records, especially the transcription ones fro Digitalarkivet and you will see the farm names.

Here is a Family Tree on Geni.com that for you begins with

Peter Andreas Johnsen
Gender: Male
Birth: October 25, 1856
Røssvassbukt, Hattfjelldal, Nordland, Norway
Death: April 12, 1938 (81)
Immediate Family:
Son of John Jeremiassen and Karen Jeremiassen

It does not have any thing about the life of Peder Andreas but does cover his ancestors. It does not have any sources so you need to check the data yourself.

Here is some information from the Digitalarkivet website on the family from Gein.com. I would suspect that this is also your family since the name Jeremias is unusual enough not to be found often in Nordland County.

1801 Census for Jeremias Johannes Gabrielsen born about 1794 and his father and mother in the parish of Hemnes, Nordland. Farm is Espervigen.

Living in Hatfjelddal Parish, Nordland in 1865 Census

Died in 1882

The scanned parish records are available at
https://media.digitalarkivet.no/kb/browse

The menu from that page will allow you to have the website translated to English - the original records are NOT translated - they remain in their original handwriten format.

You choose the 'County/Fylke' and 'Parish/Prestegjeld' that you are interested in and then click on the 'Search/Søk' button near the bottom of the page.

The website will present you with a list of all the parish books that are scanned and available online there for the location you chose.

Practice with the records you've already been given.

Help with understanding the Norwegian parish records is helpful study -
