Hello, I just sent a donation and although it says "Central Lutheran Church Foundation", that is my employer-I am Inez Bergquist.
My dad's aunt Ingeborg Marie Hauge gave birth to Einar Hauge, later called Petersen, in November, 1902, and he was baptized on November 16, 1902, in Bud, More og Romsdal, Norway.
On the baptismal record, the father is listed as Rasmus, no last name given. Einar came to the US with his mother Ingeborg Marie Hauge in 1903, and we would like to know who his father was-in particular his last name.
His grandsons would like to know if he came to the US, as he may have been seen in Chicago 1910-1930.
Is there a way of tracing this-ship manifests would need his last name, of course.
Let me know if there is any way you can help, or if you have some suggestions of where to go for this information.
