In the Toten Emigrant 1846 site it gives this entry for Sofie Joahannesdatter. It says she is traveling to Canton. Canton, where? She's aboard the Angelo, so usually it would take her to Hull, and then to Liverpool by train. There is a Canton on the west coast of the UK, south of Liverpool. Any ideas?

1889/71 Sofie Johannesdatter (Sofie Bonderud, pige 19 år) f. 8. aug. 1869, datter av Johannes Olsen og Antonette Børesdatter Skaugerud. Søsteren Johanne Augusta, se 1894/27. Sofie Johanesdatter Bonderud f. 1869 Attest 28. mai 1889 (Kolbu-p224)Reiste fra Westre Toten. Med ”Angelo” 31. mai. Til Canton. Frakt kr. 189,-. https://sites.google.com/site/totenemigrant/startside/1888-1890?authuser=0 accessed 5/6/2022
