I am interested in viewing a specific ship's manifest (bark IRIS, 1866 voyage Stavanger to Quebec).
Is there anywhere I can find that?

Hi

I did not have a reader with a copy function when transcribing that list from the film. To get the film you must contact the National Archives of Canadian and ask for film: C-4521, the list id number 26 on the film. It is also possible to get the films through ILL. You will find more information about these things if you read the article "Hunting Passenger Lists", by using the link below on this page.
