I am searching for the ship that Peter and Sonova Hogenson(Haganson)immigrated on in 1854. They probably departed from Bergen since they were from the Hardanger area, possibly Kvam? Are there any emigration records available for this year? I know the trip took several months. I am assuming they probably sailed to Quebec and then traveled to the US where they lived briefly in Wisconsin. They later settled in Olmsted County, MN where they remained the rest of their lives. Thanks for any help. Kathy

1854 is a bad year for Norwegian passenger lists

There are noe surviving passenger lists in Norway, and no surviving passenger list in Canada for that year. Check out the Time-line to records

By the time you have read this you have already read it
