Hi,
I am new to the list, so please treat me gently! I am endeavouring to help a distant relative trace an even more distant relative! I believe the woman's name was Anna Lisa Bergstrom, and she departed Gothenburg for Quebec on 25/10/1895. Any suggestions very much appreciated, and I look forward to your help. Stephanie.

There are two sources you could start with, the passenger lists at the Canadian side or the Swedish emigration archives. The Canadian passenger lists are microfilmed and the Swedish emigration records are available on CD. More information on how to get to the sources can be obtained by reading the article about Hunting Passenger Lists
