Is this is the Engebret you've found #11 on this page?
Tolga prestekontor, SAH/PREST-062/K/L0004: Parish register (official) no. 4, 1815-1836, p. 42
Quick link: https://www.digitalarkivet.no/kb20070603440462

This Engebret is not Jonsen or Johansen at all. His father's name is Tore (see the next column to the right) Engebretsen.

Here is the John Johnsen born 19 August 1830 #22:

If all goes well, this should be a link to a list of 12 Olufs in Kristiansund whose occupation was matros in the 1865, 1875 and 1891 censuses: There are none found listed as Jonsen or Johnsen or Johansen:

Great find I will go look for birth of this Oluf. I guess at the end of the day a person can say they are from where ever on these baptism records, especially is there was no marriage.

He could have been referring to where he was working or living at the time and not referring to where he was born..

Here is the marriage of Jochum Bugge. It would appear that he is a Parish Priest and his father is a Bishop.

Probably not your guy, found in 1875 in Vestre Aker

The first one in the list above may be of some interest. This may be him as Ole Johannesen Furuhaugen. It seems to me that your Oluf or Olaf or Ole should be found in the 1875 Census somewhere in Tingvol or Kvernes? Maybe this guy has some interest

Hi lots of info. So are you saying this might be Edvard born 1870's dad and Ole's step brother has middle name of Edvard and that's how Edvard might have gotten his name ?
