I've been all over the internet trying to connect to the passenger list for ships leaving Liverpool in 1887 going to Boston, MA, USA.
Can someone lead me to a site. I am trying to find the ship my grandfather arrived on. I believe it MAY have been either the Scythia or the Carolitina (spelling may be wrong).
ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Mary

Did you check if there was a list transcribed at the ISTG?

Not everything is available on the Internet, as wonderful as it is. The Boston passenger lists and index microfilms can be rented at a local Family History Center, www.familysearch.org

www.familysearch.org/Eng/Library/fhlcatalog/supermainframeset.asp?display=titledetails&titleno=70879&disp=Passenger+lists+of+vessels+arriving+at+B%20%20&columns=*,0,0" target="_blank">http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Library/fhlcatalog/supermainframeset.asp?display=titledetails&titleno=70879&disp=Passenger+lists+of+vessels+arriving+at+B%20%20&columns=*,0,0

Just click on View Film Notes to obtain the microfilm number.
