I found my great grandfathers birth certificate at my parents house, there are some words I can not find a translation for. Could some one helpp me out? Utskriftens riktighet bevidnes hermed. This is the last words before the signiture. Thanks!

According to a special "genealogy dictionary" written by John Follesdal, available at

underskrift =signature
underskrive =to sign

riktighet
riktig =correct

bevidnes
bevis =proof

hermed -- I didn't find anything close.

Someone else on the site will probably be able to give you an exact translation, but this gives some idea ...
