Can anyone guide me to finding death and marriage records in English? I am looking for:

Death of Maren Gudmensen (wife of Ole Kristoffersen)sometime between 1865 and 1872
Death of Karen Olsdatter (daughter of above) who was born 1863 and I think died between 1865 and 1872
Marriage of Ole Kristoffersen.Lekvamb and Karine Engebretsen sometime between 1865 and 1872

In the 1865 census Ole, Maren and Karen were living in Kongsvinger. Can't find anything on IGI.

Many thanks

Kerry

Death and marriage records in Norway will have been recorded in Norwegian.
The parish records are not hard to understand and used even if not in English, study the article about their parish records linked in this collection of very helpful articles -

Kongsvinger parish records as early as 1689 are available on microfilm from an LDS Family History Center. Locations of these centers in the various areas of Australia can be found listed on their FamilySearch website - http://www.familysearch.org/
