My grandfather,Oskar and Ingeborg was all from Aurdal in Valdres.I think O and I staid by my grandfather in Soldier(?)But I did`` t now he was back in Norway in 06

Yes; probably you are right.
And it's not so important; we know he was back in Norway and returned to Ellis island in 1906.
