Passenger Ship Lord Gough In arriving in Philadelphia in 1800-1945 lists on last colmun of passenger list :
Number and Names of Passengers who have died on the Voyage"
Under that it's written Steirage Pass Under that are " marks all the way down the page.
Does that mean all the passengers on that page died on board the ship? Thank you for any help you can give me regarding this. Barb

It means that they were all steerage passengers. If anyone had died, then it would be notated next to their name. The columns were used for more than one thing.
