I am looking for information on Martha Olson. She was born at Nordness Norway November 19. 1845 and moved to America with her parents on April 14, 1866 and married Sjur Ellingson who came to America with them. Sjur Ellingson was an orphan so don't have any info on him.

This the same as Martha Knudsdatter (who later might have used her father's patronymic of Olsen) from the Nordnæs farm in Sogndal, Sogn og Fjordane, Norway?
1865 census -

That family leaves from Bergen for Quebec on or about 25 April 1866 on the ship Fido -

Sjur leaves on the same ship and also lists his previous residence as from one of the Nordnæs farm households.

There is a published history/genealogy book for the Sogndal area which may give you quick help (it is of course written in Norwegian language) "Sogndal Bygdebok: allmen bygdesoge tida før 1800" by Per Sandal.
Sogndal, Sogn og Fjordane has also been a frequent topic on the Norway List - an active mailing list group under RootsWeb. You might find others researching the area in that group - or possibly even persons currently residing there.

Be sure and read their "newbie notes" when you join them.

The 1865 census for Sogndal shows that Sjur is born at the Sogndal farm and his fathers name was Ellend. Ellend Johannesen and Gjertrud Trondsdatter in Sogndal were married Oct 25 1830 and had a boy Sjur July 26 1845 who was baptized July 27 1845.

Ellends father was Johannes Sjursen and his mother Britha Ellendsdatter. Ellend was born in 1803 and baptized Aug 6.

Gjertruds father was Trond Sjursen and her mother Ingeborg Nielsdatter. Gjertrud was born in 1806 and baptized July 6.

Trond Sjursens parents are most likely Siur Throensen and Martha Johansdatter. (Their son Throen Sivertsen = Trond Sjursen were baptized Febr 1772)
