Looking for information on descendants of Martin Christiansen (Kristiansen) Lybeck [born 28 Aug 1848 in Christiania (Oslo), Norway; married 25 May 1870 Lutheran Church, Norway; died 17 Oct 1892 in Oslo] and Andrine (Johannesdatter) Lybeck [born 1849 in Bærum, Norway; died 16 Apr 1929 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA] Children of Martin and Andrine known to have emigrated to the United States were:

Selma (Lybeck) Petrie b. b. 15 Nov 1888 Khristiania (Oslo), Norway d. 3 Apr 1975 (age 86) Minneapolis, Minnesota

Fanny (Lybeck) Rood [originally Borgesrud] b. Aug 1880 Khristiania (Oslo), Norway d. d. 29 Jan 1985 Minneapolis, Minnesota

Wilhelm ("William", "Bill") Konrad [or Conrad) (Martinsen) Kristiansen Lybeck b. Nov 1875 Christiania, (Oslo), Norway d. 19 Apr 1962 Minneapolis, Minnesota - lived for many years in North Dakota "owned a farm near Hertzfield, ND, in the middle of the state."

Several siblings remained in Norway:

Klara Dorthea (Martinsen) Kristiansen Lybeck b. 4 Jan 1874

Karl Christian (Martinsen) Kristiansen Lybeck b. 20 Nov 1871

(Jenny) Agnes Marie (Martinsen) Kristiansen Lybeck b. 17 Mar 1878

Hans Thorvald (Martinsen) Kristiansen Lybeck b. 9 Apr 1883

Emigrating from Oslo on 19 May 1904:
Selma Eugenie Kristiansen Lybek (15), dest Fitsburg Mass.
Also: Driver & married man Wilhelm Conrad Kristiansen Lybek (28) dest Fitsburg Mass.

Emigrating from Oslo on 15 Dec 1905.
Cleaner & widow Andrine C. Lybeck (56) from Kristiania emigrated to Boston on a prepaid ticket.
Photographer Hans Thoralf K. Kristians. Lybeck (22) is emigrating with her.

Here is widow Andrine Kristiansen with Fanny, Hans & Selma in census-1900.

If you go to http://rootsweb.com/
and type in the last name Lybeck (in the available option "Search RootsWeb.com") that website will return 344 matches for that last name under the WorldConnect. Click on the WorldConnect link.
At the bottom of the next page it will offer a number of options to refine the search. Type in Norway for Place of Birth and click Search.

A number of the siblings that you list have been submitted to WorldConnect by someone and you should contact them. Of course, they do NOT list details of living individuals but perhaps you can exchange more information in private correspondence. That should help you contact "Lybeck Family in America".
