> >easier.
> > > > County in Norway: Oppland

Immigration records are in the country where these people settled AFTER leaving Norway.
Emigration records would possibly be listed under the name of the port of Departure for where they left Norway. Compare a map of coastal Norway to the location where they resided in Norway. Check the closest first. Many Norwegian emigration records have been put into electronic databases for your searching on the Digitalarkivet website.
Death records before 1920 would be expected to be recorded in the parish church records. Research in the parish records for the location where they resided in Norway.
Death records AFTER they left Norway would of course be found in the country where these people settled.

You need to be very specific about what information you asking for a little help finding. What information? For exactly WHO?? Generalized statements don't really work.
