Perhaps a match to "Kristine %Anna% Anders." leaving from Oslo on or about 30 Sept 1910 with stated destination of New York.
Record #214180

Previous residence listed as "America" but others on the list around her are from Tønsberg. Tønsberg located in Vestfold, Norway.

(No Fonsberg in Norway that I know of.)

If she was living in Tønsberg for the 1900 Norwegian census this might be her with parents and family.
Record #160

If this is the right girl the census indicates that she was born in Oslo/Kristiania.

Anna Jacobsen (33) Tønsberg, Norway travelling with Christine Andersen in 1910 must be her sister.
Anna is a non-immigrant alien, and is travelling to her husband in New York, NY.

They both state that their father is Mr. A. Larsen, Tønsberg.

The family living at St Halvardsgate 24 when Kristine Fredrikke was born, the baptismal record is #106
When Karen Augusta was born Jan 1 1884 they were living at Oslo gate 7, see #32
