Jøran Halvorsdtr Brødløs father Halvor Jensen was baptized Oct 19 1721, see 7th record in 3rd column.

Hi,
could not find the lower age of a recruted soldier about 1810.

There is material from Sønnenfjelske gevorbne (recruted) Infantry Regiment from 1733-1817 in the archives in Oslo, currently not online, total 3.5 shelf meters including company rolls, see here.

Hi eibache

I had managed to find Halvar Jensen and Ollauf Torstensdatter and their 8 children, plus both her parents and also Halvor's parents. Did not have their marriage or her baptism so thanks for that and have a merry christmas.Bet its cold over there,nice and hot in New Zealand.

We have enough of snow to share with you Shirley.

New Zealand is the farthest populatet area on earth from Norway and the country in the Southern Hemisphere most similar to Norway (southern N.Z.)
