Svinøy, main number 25 in the farm register for Bø.
Svinøy is an island (Svine island) probably becaus farmers let the pigs running loose on these islands, another possibilty is that the origin can also be a Sami name.

Photo of Svinøy includes a map "Se kart"

Mathilde Martinusdatter should be born about 1871 Einar, not found, could be interesting to see if it was her father who emigrated in 1889.

"her father who emigrated in 1889" - you mean John Andreas Martinusen (born 1867) Gimstad, I think Mathilde should have been born 1888 or beginning of 1889 if he is her father. Snice no year is attached to her name I would think she was not bapticed before they left. The record where she is listed is a Klokkerbok. In the Ministerialbok John Andreas Martinusen is listed as Huusfader and Anne Sofie Klausdatter has only two children, Mathilde is missing, see #7 & 8.

Since Kaurin was 7 years when she followed her mother to the US, I think he got married in US.
Need more info on your grandmother, when did she arrive in US, when she was born or her age when she died and when she died, and anything else that you can supply.

A candidate for your grandmother could be #3 Johanna Olea, born Oct 22 1887, baptized March 25 1888, parents Ole Johan Petersen and Cecilie Villumsdatter, Gimstad.
Her parents and siblings in 1900.
She did emigrate in 1904, see Johanna Peters. and travelled together with 3 others from Bø.

Hi.
It´s liklely more than a candidate you found Einar.

A submitter from Vinje, Bø in Vesterålen, Inge M. Johansen in Family search records tells Kaurin Berg Baade married Johanna Olea Pettersen born 1887 on Gimstad Bø, married in USA.
Same submitter tells Kaurin´s mother Anna Sofia Clausen died 1937 in USA.
