Hello ! I am new to this Forum and I am posting for the first time.

I am trying to find information on my Great Great Grandfather, JOHN NELSON. I know everything about him and the family he had here in Liverpool after he married an Irish girl, Maria McKenna, in July 1861.

However, prior to that, I have only this very brief detail, obtained from the 1861 England Census:

John Nelson (name anglicised) b1834 AT SEA
Father: Henry (Henrik) Nelson - a Mariner
Nationality: DANISH

Is there any chance of finding Crew/Passenger lists for 1834, or Births at Sea for this year???

This website is "Norway Heritage". We research in Norway rather than Denmark.

Thanks, I am aware of that, but I am trying every avenue. Hopefully, interested family history researchers will also look at all options and possible sites.
